RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

At Necesse, we take pride in the craftsmanship and quality of every piece we create. We hope your order exceeds expectations, but if for any reason it isn’t quite right, we are pleased to offer complimentary returns within Australia and free shipping on international exchanges to ensure a seamless shopping experience.

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

  • Unworn, unused, and in their original condition
  • Returned with all tags attached and in original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Your return request must be lodged within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund or exchange.


RETURNS WITHIN AUSTRALIA

We offer free returns within Australia to ensure a smooth, effortless experience.


INTERNATIONAL RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

For our international customers:

  • Exchanges: We offer complimentary return shipping on exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us at hello@necessethelabel.com with your order number and the item(s) you wish to exchange. Exchanges are subject to availability. If the requested item is unavailable, we will offer store credit.
  • Returns for Refund: If you prefer a refund rather than an exchange, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable courier service to ensure safe delivery.
  • Duties and Taxes: Any international duties and taxes paid at checkout or upon receipt are non-refundable, and only the product cost will be reimbursed.

REFUNDS

  • Eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method once received and approved.
  • Please allow up to 30 days for the refund to be processed — this timeframe is determined by your payment provider and is beyond our control.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

FAULTY ITEMS

Each Necesse piece undergoes thorough inspection before leaving our hands. However, if you receive a faulty item, please contact us immediately at hello@necessethelabel.com so we can assist you.

  • Returns for faulty items are only accepted if the fault was present upon delivery.
  • Items deemed to be affected by fair wear and tear or damaged due to care instructions not being followed will not be classified as faulty.
  • If a replacement is available, we will gladly exchange your item. If not, you may choose between store credit or a full refund to your original payment method.
  • Refunds for faulty goods may take up to 30 days, in accordance with regulatory guidelines.
