Preordering, Ordering and Shipping
Pre-ordering an item means reserving a product by purchasing it before it's officially released, or even before the item's in stock. It's essentially a method to guarantee our customers that you'll receive the item as soon as it's released, even if there is high demand or limited availability.
Preordering is the best way to ensure you get the pieces you love, especially since our collections are crafted in small batches with sustainability in mind. By preordering, you also support our ethical production practices, helping us plan and produce more efficiently with minimal waste.
To place a preorder, simply select the desired item from our preorder collection, choose your size, and proceed to checkout as you would with any other purchase. Your payment will be processed at the time of the preorder to confirm your reservation.
One you select your item in your chosen size, you simply pay in full for the item. Once the item arrives at our warehouse, we'll ship it within one business day. You can check the status of your items on our order status page. We’ll also send you a shipping confirmation email when your pre-order ships.
Preordered items are typically shipped within 4-6 weeks after the preorder window closes. You will receive an email notification with tracking details once your order has been dispatched.
We completely understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel or modify your preorder, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours of placing your order at hello@necessethelabel.com. If you change your mind after that 24 hour window, you may have to simply go through the normal 'returns' process.
