Returns
We accept returns on eligible items within 30 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and in their original condition
- With all original packaging and tags intact
Please note:
- Final sale items are not eligible for return.
- Gift cards are non-refundable.
To initiate a return, please email hello@necessethelabel.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.
Exchanges
We offer exchanges within 60 days of delivery for items that meet the return criteria above. Exchanges are subject to availability.
To request an exchange, email hello@necessethelabel.com with your order number and the item you'd like to exchange.
Return Shipping
- Australia: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service.
- International: Customers are responsible for all return shipping, duties, and taxes. We advise using a reliable courier with tracking.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email notification. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
If you haven’t received your refund after this period, please check with your bank or credit card provider, as processing times may vary.
